Come and join this training to ensure your leadership skills are up to date. 
Content of the training: Training is based on Reuven Bar-On’s EQ model, including 15 key traits. Participants get to know traits in a practical way and learn to apply the skills in their own work – e.g. managerial work, or customer encounters.
As a trainer, the most important thing for me is practical impact – the participants get a concrete toolbox that works immediately in everyday life. My mission is to create a work culture where we don't have to choose between humanity and profit, we can have it all. -Niina Majaniemi.
